Full-Time Inside Sales Associate

The Inside Sales Associate supports the operational and sales goals of the branch by providing excellent customer service to our customers that frequent the branch, and manage after-sale support to ensure long-term, and profitable customer relationships.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as internal sales support to help the team achieve or exceed sales goals
• Partner effectively with sales support team to drive area/territory coverage and maintain positive relationships

• Conduct telephone cold calling and take inbound sales calls to develop new customers

• Generate, develop, maintain, and grow new business while ensuring high customer satisfaction amongst current customers

• Work closely with dispatch, customer service, and sales support team as required or requested

• Travel in support of sales and training meetings, customer site visits and trade shows

• Provide account maintenance, as needed

What we are seeking:

• 1-3 years’ wholesale or retail experience preferred, but not required.

• Experience in agronomics, specifically the lawn care and or the golf course industry
• Effective communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:

Starting at $40,000 a year

Negotiable depending on experience in required areas.
